Work Experience
24 years of post graduate experience ranging from Pre and Post Contract Management, Claim Management and Cost Control of various types of construction projects such as Commercial and Residential developments, Leisure Centres, Road Projects, Sewerage and Drainage Schemes as well as Government projects such as schools and army camps.
Manager Director of Pelta Consolidated Project Management Ltd in Athens. Responsibilities included Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services for various projects.
Project Quantity Surveyor at the Sewerage and Drainage Scheme of Larnaca. Agree measurements and valuations with the contractor, prepare payment certificates, report on claims submitted by the contractor, contractual advice to senior resident engineer, monitoring financial progress in relation to contractor 's programme and cash flow forecasts.
